Submitting the custom order form creates an inquiry, not a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only after Bridal Botanica reviews availability and provides a quote that you accept.

Flower varieties and exact shades may vary by season and availability.

Any deposit, payment schedule, cancellation terms and change deadlines that apply to your commission are provided with your quote. No payment is due unless those terms have been shared with and accepted by you.

Pickup and delivery arrangements, timing and any applicable fees are confirmed in writing before your event.
